3 Easy Steps to Becoming Licensed With Right At Home Realty
1) Contact us for an appointment to learn about the brokerage. Or click here to find out more about our convenient Online Sign-up.
2) Bring your Phase 3 transcript to our Toronto or Mississauga location to take care of the RECO and individual real estate board forms with our help.You chose that the Board that interests you. We have all the forms that are required to become a licensed salesperson with the Toronto Real Estate Board, Durham, Oakville/Milton and Burlington/Hamilton boards. We'll help you get started in an organized and stress-free manner. The whole process can be done in less than 1 hour.
3) Once you've filled out the forms, we submit them to RECO and the appropriate board(s) on your behalf. We take care of the rest and let you know once your license and board membership has been approved so you can get ready for your new career as a Real Estate Salesperson. This process usually takes approx. 10-12 business days to complete.
