Q. Is the 100% commission for everyone? Do you have splits?
A. Yes. Every Salesperson at RAH gets 100% on every deal.
No. We do not have any splits, Salespeople keep all of their commission!
   
Q. Do you provide leads?
A. Yes. We supply leads from a variety of vehicles including our well-ranked websites.
   
Q. How will I know my commissions are safe and the company will survive?
A. Not only is the company run by two very-experienced Brokers but we are well-financed and backed by a group of high net worth investors. This guarantees our Salespeople and their clients that we are indeed a viable company. Our investors, as we do believe that the Right At Home Realty Inc. model will change the real estate industry as Salespeople enjoy the benefits of Canada's new real estate model.
   
Q. Are you a discount broker?
A. No. Our model is based on monthly dues and deal fees, not gross commission, therefore the commission earned always belongs to the Salesperson. All of our Salespeople have the freedom to compete and we are always advocates that the Co-operating Broker's commission should adhere to industry norms.
   
Q. Can I decide what commission rate to charge in the marketplace?
A. Yes you can. As an Independent Contractor you always have the right to determine what commission is to be charged on any transaction without the need to get your broker’s approval.
   
Q. Apart from the monthly dues what hidden charges are there?
A. The only thing most Salespeople need to pay for when joining us is their business cards and For Sale signs. (See our web page 'What's The Catch')
   
Q. If I have to reduce my commission to get the deal, do I have to obtain managements approval?
A. No.
   
Q. Is there any broker support?
A. We believe that the role of today’s Broker is that of supplying the necessary support and being available to the sales staff when the situation arises, no matter what the problem.
   
Q. Do you provide legal advice?
A. Our legal counsel is available to answer any questions pertaining to a problem with any related real estate issue.
   
Q. Is your office a bricks and mortar company?
A. Yes. We have very attractive premises both at the Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue Corporate office (just south of TREB) and the Mississauga/Brampton Branch at Hurontario and Highway 401. Drop by and have a tour of our offices or click on the “Virtual Office Tour”.
   
Q. Do I have to live near your office to join RAH?
A. No. If you have an office at home, we have all the technical tools to give you and your clients all the necessary advice and support. Why pay us for something that you already have?
   
Q. Are you a franchise?
A. No. We are a wholly owned independent Canadian company.
   
Q. Are you TREB members?
A. Yes.
   
Q. What real estate Boards do you belong to?
A. Currently we are members of the Toronto, Oakville, Hamilton / Brulington, Niagara Region and Durham Real Estate Boards.
   
Q. Do the brokers have much real estate experience?
A. Arthur Bartram and Howard Drukarsh have over 50 years experience between them with major residential real estate companies in Canada.
   
Q. Are there sales quotas?
A. No. We believe our model is designed for Salespeople who wish to do business at their own pace and level and to make it the most profitable and pleasing way of doing business.
   
Q. Do you have client rooms?
A. Yes. Client Boardrooms are available 24/7 to our Salespeople and their clients in both locations.
   
Q. Can I get into the office weekends and evenings to use it?
A. Our office is available to our agents and their clients 24/7.
   
Q. What are your plans in terms of growing the agency size?
A. We plan to grow to over 1000 Salesagents in the GTA in the next 3 years.
   
Q. Do you have a live attendant appointment desk?
A. Yes. Our live attendant appointment desk operates 24/7. You will receive text messages confirming all your appointments. In addition to that, the appointment desk will book all showings on your listings and text message you the confirmations.
   
Q. Do Salesagents have to pay for photocopying, printing, faxes, etc.?
A. No, all are included in the monthly fee.
   
Q. Do we have to pay for parking at the office?
A. No, parking is free.
   
Q. Do you have training?
A. We have in-house training for Right At Home Realty Salespeople.
   
Q. Are you Canadian-owned and operated?
A. Absolutely.There are no franchise or royalty fees going south of the border.
